Thank you for your continued business and support. It has been my goal since I took over this company in January 2012 to restore the highest level of customer service. If you have been trying to get a hold of us for months with no luck, it is because your "contact us" form did not make it to the new mail server. I truly apologize for the inconvenience and will do everything I can to make it right. But I can't unless you reach out one more time.
Also, keep an eye out for some new products that will be available in March.
